- To remain present during scheduled practices and matches, ensuring complete planning and management.

- To take personal responsibility for railway reservation of players when travelling outside for tournament matches, and to manage player welfare and responsibilities properly during practice and tournaments.
- To submit a prompt report of the tournament immediately after its conclusion, along with prior written permission for expenses and immediate submission of expense documents after the tournament.
- To remain present with the player for medical treatment during practice or tournaments in case of injury.
- To verify any complaints made against the manager by players and cancel the agreement if found true.
