- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent with 05 yrs practical experience in Civil Engineering works, Knowledge of AutoCad, and Knowledge of Konkani.
- Experience: 05 yrs practical experience in Civil Engineering works
- Age limit: Maximum 45 years (as on 17 November 2026)
- Age relaxation: Project Cell employees up to 05 years
Other conditions:
- Knowledge of Konkani is required.
- Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
- Must possess valid certificate regarding 15 years residence in the State of Goa issued by the Mamlatdar, with specific exemptions.

Pay and Terms of Engagement
