1. Assistant Communication Officer (ACO) - Brand Content & Marketing

Job Profile:

• Develop and maintain brand positioning, communication framework and brand guidelines.
• Create content strategy, articles, blogs, reports, case studies and executive communication content.
• Manage social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
• Develop marketing collateral, videos, presentations and digital assets.
• Execute paid marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, X and other platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing initiatives.

2. Assistant Communication Officer (ACO) - Website & Martech

Job Profile:

• Manage website strategy, governance and optimisation.
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and monitor website performance.
• Manage CMS, CRM, analytics, marketing automation and campaign platforms.
• Develop dashboards, tracking frameworks and analytics reports.
• Support AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

3. Audit Consultant

Job Profile:

• Conduct Risk Based Internal Audit (RBIA), management audits and special audits.
• Prepare audit reports and compliance observations.
• Follow up with offices for closure of audit observations.
• Assist in data analytics and audit process improvement.
• Provide inputs for improving credit and operational processes.

Educational Qualification

Assistant Communication Officer (Brand Content & Marketing)

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent qualification.

Assistant Communication Officer (Website & Martech)

• Graduate degree in Engineering/Computer Science/MBA (Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing) or equivalent from a recognised University/Institute.

Audit Consultant

• Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI with required experience.
• OR Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI with required experience.
• OR M.Com with minimum 55% marks with required audit experience.

Age Limit

The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age as on 31 August 2026.

Experience Required

Assistant Communication Officer (Brand Content & Marketing)

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in brand management, content marketing, social media, campaign management and paid media.
• B2B and institutional marketing experience is preferred.

Assistant Communication Officer (Website & Martech)

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in website management, SEO, analytics, digital experience and Martech.
• Experience with CMS, CRM, GA4, Search Console, marketing automation, SEO platforms and BI tools is preferred.

Audit Consultant

• CA/CMA candidates: Minimum 2 years experience in audit function or operational areas.
• M.Com candidates: Minimum 3 years audit experience.

Salary / Remuneration
