Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- A Graduate degree.
- Passed a minimum of 4 Actuarial Papers (excluding CB3) from IAI/IFoA.
Desirable Qualification:
- Proficiency in R, Python or SQL.

Apprenticeship Period

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of:
- Shortlisting of eligible candidates
- Personal Interview before the Interview Panel
- Final selection based on interview performance
The qualifying marks for the Personal Interview will be decided by the Company. Interview details will be communicated through the Company website and/or email.
Service Conditions
- The apprentice will be considered as a trainee and not as an employee or worker of the Company.
- The apprenticeship will not provide any right or guarantee for future employment in the Company.
- Completion of apprenticeship will not provide preference or entitlement in future recruitment.
- Apprentices will not be eligible for employee benefits applicable to regular employees.
- No deduction towards Provident Fund, Staff Mediclaim or similar employee benefits will be made from the stipend.
- Apprentices will be entitled to one day leave per month with prior permission.
- No overtime allowance will be provided.
- On satisfactory completion of training, an Apprenticeship Certificate will be awarded.
