Facilities and Training Conditions
- Accommodation: A suitable accommodation (single room or bare minimum accommodation) is provided at Units on payment of the normal license fee. If accommodation is not available at Units and HQ, Rs 5,000 per month is given in lieu of accommodation.

Waitlist
The waitlist is limited to the same number of candidates as the main select list and is valid for one year from the date of approval of the panel. It is operated only when a vacancy arises because a selected candidate does not join within the allowed time, or joins but resigns or dies within one year of joining, and a fresh panel is not available by then. It is not operated beyond one year from panel approval or after a new advertisement is notified, whichever is earlier.
