Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Post Graduate in any discipline with Human Resources (HR) as one of the optional subjects, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: Should have worked in a senior capacity (Group B) in the GoK scale of 69250 - 134200 for at least 5 years with overall minimum experience of 20 years in the field of Personnel / Administration / HR in any Government of Karnataka Department / State or Central PSUs / Large Public Limited Company.
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years (as on date of the notification)
Other conditions:
- Knowledge of Kannada is essential.
- Candidates working in State Government / Autonomous Body / Public Sector Undertaking must produce NOC.

Key Responsibility includes:
- Managing HR and Cadre – related matters, including services matters concerning various categories of employees.
