Required Documents and Aadhaar Verification Rules

The notice lays out specific Aadhaar-related requirements that candidates must complete before appearing for the exam:

• Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication of candidates will be carried out at the exam center before entry into the exam hall.
• Candidates must bring their original Aadhaar card or a printout of e-verified Aadhaar.
• If Aadhaar authentication has not already been completed, candidates are advised to log in with their credentials at www.rrbapply.gov.in and complete Aadhaar verification to ensure smooth entry into the exam center.

• The Aadhaar card should be updated with:

  • Date of birth (as per Class 10th Certificate)
  • Latest photograph
  • Updated biometrics (if not updated after reaching the age of 15 years)
  • Correct address
  • Father's name

How to Check the RRB Section Controller Exam City, Date and E-Call Letter

1. Visit the official website of the concerned Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) at rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.
2. Look for the Exam City & Date Intimation link, which the notice says will be made live approximately 10 days before the exam date.
3. SC/ST candidates can also download their Travel Authority from the same link once it is live.
4. The E-Call Letter download will start approximately 4 days before the exam date mentioned in the Exam City and Date Intimation link.
5. If Aadhaar verification is pending, log in at www.rrbapply.gov.in with your credentials and complete the authentication before the exam day.
