NCL PMIS Vacancy 2026 – Discipline-Wise Details

NCL has notified 73 unfulfilled PMIS vacancies across six trade/discipline combinations, each carrying a monthly stipend of ₹9,000.

NCL Eligibility Criteria 2026

Applying candidates must have completed and passed the prescribed qualifying degree or diploma (as listed in the vacancy table) from a recognized institute or university functional as of the crucial date, 01 April 2026.

NCL Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 25 years
• Age is reckoned as on the crucial date, 01 April 2026, unless specified otherwise

NCL Stipend and Duration

Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹9,000, credited directly to the intern's Aadhaar-linked bank account, with no deduction for social security benefits. The internship training duration is 9 months from the date of engagement. Under no circumstances shall this engagement lead to any claim for regular employment in NCL or Coal India Limited, and interns will not be absorbed into regular service under any circumstances.

NCL Selection Process

1. Merit lists will be prepared by arranging the aggregate percentage scores of the qualifying examination (degree/diploma) in descending order, separately for each discipline.
2. Tie-breaking criteria: candidates older in age (earlier date of birth) will be preferred; if a tie persists, candidates whose names appear first alphabetically in English (Roman script) will be preferred.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be notified for document verification through the PMIS portal and the NCL official website.

NCL Social Security and Medical Benefits

• No deduction will be made for social security benefits; the stipend is credited directly to the intern's Aadhaar-linked bank account.
• Candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate in the prescribed format from a Government Medical Officer before joining. No additional medical benefits will be provided by NCL.
