Nandurbar Job Fair 2026

In alignment with the Central Government’s ‘Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019’ and ‘Rules 2020’, a significant empowerment initiative is taking place in Nandurbar today. With the objective of providing benefits of various government schemes and ensuring the educational, economic, and social empowerment of transgender individuals, a special self-employment fair has been organized today, Thursday, June 25, 2026.
The fair is being held at 11:30 AM at the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Samajik Nyay Bhavan (opposite Zilla Parishad), Nandurbar. This event has been systematically planned and organized by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Office, Nandurbar. Sundarsing Vasave, Assistant Commissioner of the Social Welfare Department, has urged all transgender citizens in the Nandurbar district to attend this fair in large numbers to maximize the benefits of various government and self-employment welfare schemes.
Furthermore, the administration has appealed to all local social institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to actively spread awareness about this fair among transgender communities to ensure their integration into the mainstream.
केंद्र शासनाच्या ‘तृतीयपंथीय व्यक्ती (हक्कांचे संरक्षण) कायदा, २०१९’ आणि ‘नियम २०२०’ च्या अनुषंगाने नंदुरबारमध्ये आज एक महत्त्वाचा पुढाकार घेण्यात आला आहे. तृतीयपंथीय बांधवांना विविध शासकीय योजनांचा लाभ मिळवून देणे, तसेच त्यांचे शैक्षणिक, आर्थिक व सामाजिक सक्षमीकरण करणे या उद्देशाने आज गुरुवार, २५ जून २०२६ रोजी एका विशेष स्वयंरोजगार मेळाव्याचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे.
हा मेळावा आज सकाळी ११:३० वाजता डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर सामाजिक न्याय भवन (जिल्हा परिषदेसमोर), नंदुरबार येथे संपन्न होत आहे. सहाय्यक आयुक्त, समाज कल्याण कार्यालय, नंदुरबार यांच्या वतीने या मेळाव्याचे नेटके नियोजन करण्यात आले आहे. नंदुरबार जिल्ह्यातील सर्व तृतीयपंथीय नागरिकांनी या मेळाव्याला मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित राहून विविध शासकीय व स्वयंरोजगार योजनांचा जास्तीत जास्त लाभ घ्यावा, असे आवाहन समाज कल्याण विभागाचे सहाय्यक आयुक्त सुंदरसिंग वसावे यांनी केले आहे.
यासोबतच, जिल्ह्यातील सर्व सामाजिक संस्था आणि स्वयंसेवी संघटनांनी या मेळाव्याची माहिती जास्तीत जास्त तृतीयपंथीय बांधवांपर्यंत पोहोचवावी, जेणेकरून त्यांना मुख्य प्रवाहात आणण्यास मदत होईल, असेही आवाहन प्रशासनातर्फे करण्यात आले आहे.
