For Re-employment: Minimum 21 years post qualification experience, retired from IDA pay scale of ₹120,000-280,000 or above OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above.

- Qualifications: Graduate from Govt Recognized University/ Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 9 years post qualification experience in which 5 years' experience in relevant field/sub domain. Must be working/worked in IDA pay scale of ₹70000-200000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) or above, or equivalent. For Re-employment: Minimum 9 years post qualification experience, retired from IDA pay scale of 70000-200000 or above OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) or above.
