Kodagu District Court Educational Qualification
Typist
Pass in 2nd PUC conducted by the Karnataka Department of Pre-University Education, or a 3-year Diploma in Commercial Practice, or an equivalent qualification (CBSE/ICSE Class 12, other state board Class 12, NIOS Senior Secondary course, or a 3-year diploma/2-year ITI/2-year vocational diploma combined with the specified NIOS language and subject courses), obtained by the last date for applying. In addition, a pass in the Senior Grade Typewriting examination (Kannada and English) conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, or a Diploma in Secretarial Practice, or equivalent, is required. Computer knowledge is essential, and as per High Court orders, the Kannada and English typing tests will be conducted on computer using the "Kwenpu-Nudi" Kannada typing keyboard layout.
Driver
Pass in SSLC or equivalent, and a current Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
Process Server
Pass in SSLC or equivalent. Preference is given to candidates holding a Heavy or Light Motor Vehicle driving licence.
Peon/Attender
Pass in SSLC or equivalent, with the ability to read and write Kannada.
