What the Annexure – I Application Form Asks For

The form is titled "Application for the Post of Guest Faculty - Bharatanatyam (On Contract Basis)" and asks for:

• AADHAR number, two mobile numbers and email ID
• Educational qualification for Class X, Class XII, Diploma, Degree, PG and Others, with the year of passing, university and % of marks
• Whether you have the desirable qualification (Yes or No)
• Teaching experience in chronological order, with the total in years, months and days. For each job, give the name of the institution, designation, nature of duties and the from and to dates. The form says candidates should indicate their experience without fail.
• Your knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada): whether you can speak, read and write each
• Why you consider yourself suitable for the post, and any other information you wish to add
• The declaration, signed by the candidate with the place and date

Shortlisting and Interview

Kalakshetra Foundation will shortlist candidates from the applications received and call them for an interview. The date and time of the interview will be sent to the shortlisted candidates later.

Important Instructions

• Applications from candidates whose experience certificate cannot be verified with the institution where they last worked will be summarily rejected.
• If any information in the application is found to be false or incorrect, or if ineligibility is detected, the candidature will stand cancelled and the claim for the recruitment will stand forfeited (declaration in Annexure – I).
