Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Humanities from any recognized institution.
- Minimum three years of experience working in the development sector directly with Forest communities and village level institutions.
Preferable Qualification:
- Ability to speak/understand local language. Candidates native to Odisha state (preferably Kalahandi district) are preferred.

Selection Process
