Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (JBVNL), Ranchi, has invited applications for 4 posts of Second Member under Advt No. 01/2026 (VUSNF). Applications are to be sent offline and must reach the organisation by 6 November 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electrical & Electronics; CA; ICWA; MBA Finance
• Experience: At least 20 years of experience in transmission, distribution and trading of electricity or in accounts and finance in government department or commercial public undertaking.
• Age limit: Minimum 45 years and stipulated maximum age of 62 years (as on 1 August 2026)

Other conditions:

• Appointed member shall not hold any other office of profit during tenure.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Retired members get last pay drawn minus pension; members without pension get honorarium equal to last pay drawn. DA and HRA as per State Government orders.

• Appointed initially for a period of 03 years, extendable up to further two years on satisfactory service or till 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.

1. Interested candidates may apply in the prescribed format given at Annexure-I.
2. Attach self-attested copies of educational and professional qualifications, proof of age, experience/service records and other relevant documents.
3. Furnish up-to-date copies of ACR/APARs for at least the last five years.
4. Attach two recent colour passport-size photographs, one pasted on the application form and the other enclosed.
5. Mention on the top of the envelope: Application for the post of Second Member, Vidyut Upbhokta Shikayat Nivaran Forum (VUSNF), - (Name of the Location).
6. Send by Speed Post to the office of General Manager (HR), Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Nigam Headquarters, Engineering Building, H.E.C., Dhurwa, Ranchi - 834004 on or before 06-11-2026 by 06:00 PM.
