IOB Advisor – Customer Service Important Instructions
- Officials must have retired from bank services (Public Sector Banks) in the normal course or on superannuation, including VRS.
- Candidates who retired under CRS or any punishment are not eligible to apply.
- No case should be pending against the retired officer at the time of application submission or during empanelment.
- The term of office is for a period of 03 years, subject to annual performance reviews.
- The engagement can be terminated by one month's notice on either side or salary and allowances in lieu thereof.
- The appointment is on contract and does not constitute an offer of employment or regular employment in the bank.
- Provisions of PF, gratuity, and pension do not apply to this engagement.
- Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
