Knowledge of GFR, Receipt and Payment Rules, GoI, PFMS, and audit compliance procedures. Experience in Tally ERP 9 for managing accounting as per Indian Government Accounting Standards (IGASs). Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellence in verbal and non-verbal communication for noting, letter drafting, and minutes preparation.
