Selection Process
Selection is by interview, which may be held in person or online. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a place on the shortlist. The institute may limit the shortlist to a reasonable number based on higher qualifications and/or experience. The interview date goes to shortlisted candidates by email ONLY, so the application form must include your email ID.
At the interview, shortlisted candidates must bring all original certificates, degrees and other documents for their educational qualification, professional qualification, work experience and age, along with one set of photocopies. No TA/DA or other incidental expenses are paid for attending. A panel of waitlisted candidates stays valid for one year from approval by the Competent Authority, and the institute may make appointments from it during that time.
Service Conditions
- The job is purely temporary, for an initial period of 6 months. It may be extended based on the candidate's performance and the project's needs, up to a maximum tenure of 2 (two) years.
- The contract is with the CoE and starts only after Nayara Energy releases the funds and the CoE receives them.
- The post is purely contractual, so there is no right to claim regularisation or absorption in the institute.
- The institute may choose not to fill the post.
- If a mistake in the selection process is found at any stage, even after the appointment letter is issued, the institute may modify, withdraw or cancel any communication to candidates.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
- Any legal disputes fall under Mumbai jurisdiction only.
