Who Can Apply
Candidates must meet the following educational qualification and experience criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (including graduate degree awarded for defence personnel - JCO's & equivalent need apply).
- Language and Technical Skills: Candidates should be able to write reports in English and have good communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam; basic knowledge in operating computers; and ability to monitor CCTV feeds.
- Experience: At least 15 years' experience in Defence/Para Military forces / Police / PSU/ Industrial Organization/ Educational Institution of which at least three years as a Security Officer / Supervisory Level in a large organization where 50 or more personnel were deployed.
- Desirable / Preferred: Candidate holding a Diploma in Fire Safety and Security Management; retired personnel who have served in CISF as an officer or JCO and equivalent ranks; ex-service personnel of Military/ Para Military Forces / Police department / PSU/ Industrial Organization having served in a Group A or Group B Posts; knowledge and practical handling of firefighting equipment's and emergency response; expertise in risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance; and technical proficiency in modern security systems and tools.
Pay and Tenure
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 38,900/-, which includes a telephone allowance of Rs. 500/- per month. The engagement is purely on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, and further extensions will be subject to job requirements and performance.
