IGNCA Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Project Manager
- Postgraduate degree in Conservation, Archaeology, Heritage Management or History.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in conservation and management of Ladakhi heritage.
- Experience in handling conservation projects related to wall paintings, Thangka paintings, traditional architecture, museum and heritage documentation.
- Age Limit: 40 years.
Project Coordinator
- Postgraduate degree in Conservation, Archaeology or Heritage Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heritage conservation projects, documentation, archaeological fieldwork or project coordination.
- Age Limit: 40 years.
Assistant
- Senior Secondary qualification.
- Practical skills in one or more areas including historic textile restoration, book binding, traditional fabrics, Thangka conservation and preventive conservation.
- Age Limit: 50 years.
