Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: At least 2nd class M.Sc. in Forensic Science (with specialization/ dissertation work/ course work/ project work in the field of Chemical Sciences) OR At least 2nd class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ M.S.(Pharm.)/ M. Pharm. degree from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum three (03) years of post-qualification experience in Research, Training and Analytical Work within the specified subjects.
- Age limit: 18 to 45 years (as on 1 January 2026)
- Age relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/WFF/Persons with disabilities of Himachal Pradesh 5 years, HP Govt employees and Ex-Servicemen of HP As per Government instructions
Other conditions:
- Recruitment governed by Department of Personnel notification dated 19th July, 2025.
- Reservation benefits only for bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. Degree in one of the relevant subjects.
- Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for engagement in peculiar conditions.
