Desirable experience:
- Candidates having extensive experience in analysis of cancer genomics including analysis on next-generation sequencing (NGS) data from biological and clinical samples for Whole genome/exome sequencing/transcriptomic, targeted sequencing of limited gene panel, and establishment of in-house bioinformatics pipeline for the same.
- Candidate must have a sound knowledge in Linux, scripting, R programming.
- Candidates working in academic institutions with minimum 2 years of proven experience will be preferred.
Pay and Tenure
The consolidated monthly remuneration for the Project Research Scientist (Non-Medical) post is Rs. 61,040/- PM. The appointment is initially for a period of six months or till the continuation of project, whichever is earlier.
