रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यातील २५० NHM कंत्राटी कर्मचाऱ्यांना मोठा दिलासा; थेट शासन निर्णय जारी! | Goa GIDC Bharti 2026

Ratnagiri: Contractual employees working across the state under the National Health Mission (NHM) are set to have their services regularized. This landmark decision brings immense relief to nearly 250 contractual employees in Ratnagiri district alone, while clearing the path for the service assimilation of over 15,000 contractual workers across Maharashtra. According to the government’s latest mandate, supernumerary posts matching equivalent pay scales will be created to grant permanent appointments to those who have completed 10 or more years of service . District Health Officer Dr. Aniruddha Athalye stated that these positions are being formulated after receiving mandatory clearance from the Finance Department, directly strengthening the local health department. Following a cabinet meeting decision on June 29, the official Government Resolution (GR) was issued on June 30. However, these supernumerary posts are person-specific, meaning the posts will automatically lapse upon the employee’s retirement, resignation, or termination, with no option for new recruitment on those seats. Additionally, the government has explicitly clarified that compassionate ground appointments will not be applicable to the legal heirs of these regularized employees.

या निर्णयानुसार पात्र कर्मचाऱ्यांची पदे निर्माण करताना त्यांचे कामाचे स्वरूप, जबाबदाऱ्या, शैक्षणिक पात्रता, सेवा प्रवेश नियम आणि सातव्या वेतन आयोगानुसार असलेली वेतनश्रेणी यांचा प्रामुख्याने विचार केला जाणार आहे. २९ जून रोजी झालेल्या मंत्रिमंडळ बैठकीतील निर्णयानुसार ३० जून रोजी याबाबतचा अधिकृत शासन निर्णय (GR) जारी करण्यात आला आहे. मात्र, ही अधिसंख्य पदे व्यक्तीसापेक्ष असून संबंधित कर्मचारी सेवानिवृत्त झाल्यानंतर, त्यांनी राजीनामा दिल्यानंतर किंवा इतर कारणांमुळे सेवा संपुष्टात आल्यानंतर ही पदे आपोआप रद्द होतील , त्यामुळे त्या पदावर नवीन नियुक्ती करता येणार नाही. तसेच, या कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या वारसांना अनुकंपा तत्त्वावर नियुक्ती मिळणार नाही , असेही शासनाने स्पष्ट केले आहे.
