- Selected faculty are eligible for 15 days of leave per calendar year, on a cumulative basis.
- If a selected candidate does not join, the next eligible merit candidate will be selected.
- Selected candidates must submit a bond on Rs. 100 stamp paper, duly notarized, to the Director, GMC Mahabubnagar. Breaking the bond requires paying 3 months' salary.
- A candidate wishing to terminate the contract must give one month's prior notice.
- Candidates already working at another Government Medical College in Telangana must obtain an NOC from that college at the time of interview, and produce a relieving order at the time of joining.
- The contract is liable to be terminated at any time, without assigning any reason.
- The engaged faculty will be at the disposal of the institute on a whole-time basis, and services may be utilized in any manner required by the Competent Authority without additional remuneration claims.
