ESIC Alwar Recruitment 2026 Important Dates

Document verification will be done up to 10.30 AM with original certificates, for interviews held between 09.00 AM and 10.30 AM onwards at ESIC MCH, Desula, MIA, Alwar (Raj)-301030. This is a weekly rolling advertisement; if seats remain vacant, subsequent interviews are conducted on Wednesday of every week, and candidates can submit applications by Tuesday of every week.

The table below gives the specialty-wise vacancy break-up as per the notification, with category-wise distribution (UR = Unreserved, OBC = Other Backward Class, SC = Scheduled Caste, ST = Scheduled Tribe, EWS = Economically Weaker Section). A dash (-) indicates no vacancy notified for that post in that specialty.

Note: General category candidates can be considered against a post reserved for a specific category on a 44-day full-time contractual appointment basis, if no eligible candidate belonging to the concerned reserved category is available.

ESIC Alwar Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

*The age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. Candidates seeking reservation benefits under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category must produce original certificates in the prescribed Government of India format. The OBC certificate must be latest and not prior to one year from the date of interview.

ESIC Alwar Recruitment 2026 Salary and Pay & Allowances

As per the notification: no other allowances will be paid in addition to the consolidated remuneration; no private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC; and a non-medical candidate is not entitled to NPA (Non-Practice Allowance). Pay is governed by ESIC Hqrs. Office Memorandum No. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med.IV (Pt. File) dated 13.04.2022, Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022, and Letter No. A-11/11/42016-Med.VI dated 27.06.2018, as applicable from time to time as per ESIC policy.

Terms of Contract

• Engagement of contractual faculty on consolidated remuneration is initially for a period of one year, or joining of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier. The contract is terminable on one month's notice, or on joining of regular faculty, or on attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier.
• The tenure for Senior Residents is initially for 1 (one) year, extendable every year up to three years, depending on satisfactory performance and conduct, as per the ESIC Residency Scheme.
• The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued by either side, giving one month's prior notice, without assigning any reason.

ESIC Alwar Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

For Teaching Faculty / Senior Resident / Adjunct Faculty

1. Selection is made on the basis of the candidate's performance in an interview before the Selection Board.
2. The result is displayed on the official website, www.esic.gov.in.
3. Selected candidates must join immediately or as per the schedule after receipt of the offer of appointment.
4. The interview date is intimated/announced separately on the ESIC website as per administrative feasibility.

For the post of Senior Resident in Dental, if the number of candidates exceeds 5 times the number of posts applied for, a qualifying screening test will be conducted to limit the number of candidates called for the verbal interview.

How to Apply for ESIC Alwar Recruitment 2026

This recruitment does not use an online application portal; it follows a walk-in-interview process with document verification. As per the notification:

1. Download the detailed advertisement and the prescribed application form from www.esic.gov.in.
2. Fill the application separately for each post, strictly in the prescribed format. Applications submitted in any other format, or incomplete applications, will be summarily rejected.
3. This is a weekly rolling advertisement: candidates can submit their application by Tuesday of every week; if a vacancy exists in the concerned department, the candidate will be called after scrutiny of documents, and the date of interview will be informed via email or phone call.
4. Report for document verification at ESIC MCH, Desula, MIA, Alwar (Raj)-301030, between 09.00 AM and 10.30 AM, on the scheduled interview date applicable to the specialty (see Important Dates table above).
5. Carry original certificates as evidence of age (date of birth), educational qualification, medical council registration (State/MCI/NMC), and experience certificate, along with one set of self-attested photocopies and two recent passport-size photographs.
6. Candidates working in Central Government / State Government / Central or State Autonomous Bodies / Central or State PSUs must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of document verification.

No TA/DA is paid to candidates for appearing in the walk-in interview. Mere submission of an application or appearance in an interview does not confer any right to be considered eligible unless the candidate reports on the scheduled date and time.

ESIC Alwar Super Specialist Empanelment (Case-to-Case Basis under CGHS Rates)

Separately from the regular faculty/Senior Resident vacancies, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Alwar has invited an Expression of Interest for empanelment/engagement of Super Specialists on a case-to-case basis, in line with instructions related to the 182nd Meeting of the ESI Corporation held on 20.08.2020, under CGHS rates.

Departments for Super Specialist Empanelment

Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Plastic Surgery/Burns, Nephrology/Hemodialysis, Urology, Cardiology, Reproductive Medicine, Neurology, Medical Gastroenterology, Surgical Gastroenterology, Endocrinology & Dialectology, Pediatric Surgery, Rheumatology, Neuro Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Cardio Vascular Surgery, Hematology, Interventional Radiology, and Radiologist.

Eligibility for Super Specialist Empanelment

• Upper age limit: 65 years as on the date of empanelment.
• MBBS and MD/MS/DNB degree from an MCI/NMC-recognized Medical College/Institution.
• DrNB/DM/MCh in the respective super specialty from an MCI/NMC-recognized Medical College/DNB in the concerned super specialty, or equivalent, or 3 years' equivalent experience in the concerned super specialty.
• Registration with NMC or a State Medical Council.
• Any other specialist eligible as per the Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations, 2025, notified by the National Medical Commission on 30 June 2025.

Submission of Application for Super Specialist Empanelment

Applications (Annexure 'A' format) should be submitted along with qualification details, in a sealed envelope, either through Speed Post/Registered Post or by hand, to "The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Alwar - 301030", to reach the office latest by 12.00 PM on 30.09.2026. Applications received after 30.09.2026 will also be considered and reviewed every 15 days as per requirement. The empanelment, once granted, is valid for a period of three years, if not cancelled earlier by ESIC.

General Instructions

• The number of vacancies is provisional and may increase or decrease depending on actual requirement.
• In case of non-availability of suitable category candidates, seats may be filled for less than 45 days by general category candidates.
• Experience will be counted as per the requirement of the post, as on the date of the walk-in interview.
• Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines issued from time to time. As per EWS guidelines, posts not carried forward/considered as backlog vacancy, if unfilled, may allow a UR category candidate to apply for the EWS vacancy.
• Rules of reservation for PwD and Ex-servicemen are applicable as per Government of India instructions.
• Candidates must be registered with MCI/RMC or any State Medical Council before joining the post, if selected.
• Interviews will be conducted at ESIC MCH, Alwar (Raj) 301030; however, ESIC reserves the right to change the centre if needed.
