Duties of the Marketing Assistant
- Working with local trade organisations, associations and government Ministries on events for trade promotion, tourism, business conferences and similar work
- Writing reports on the Embassy's commercial events
- Collecting and analysing statistics on trade between India and Kazakhstan
- Replying to trade and commercial questions from Indian and Kazakh traders
- Translating and interpreting official documents
- Helping official delegations during their visits to Astana
- Any other suitable duties the Embassy gives

Age limit: Between 21 and 35 years.
Mandatory qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent Diploma
- Fluency (both oral and written) in English, Russian and Kazakh
- Good computer skills, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and email
- Good administrative, organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Preferred
- Specialisation in Marketing or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in similar work
Work permit condition
