Selection Process
Selection is through an interview at Stn HQ Kasauli, tentatively on 20 November 2026. Accepted candidates will receive final confirmation by email and/or telephone, and they must reach the venue at 9.00 am. No TA/DA is admissible.
Selected individuals must then complete 10 days of On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract (Memorandum of Agreement). This training is unpaid and is mandatory before assuming charge.
Service Conditions
- The engagement is for one year for ESM and 11 months for civilian candidates, till attaining the maximum age, subject to performance and other conditions.
- A minimum of 10 days of handing and taking over will be carried out between the mentioned appointments at the Polyclinics.
