Pay and Terms
The consolidated monthly salary is Rs. 95,000/- for the Medical Officer and Rs. 1,30,000/- for Gynecologist. Appointments are made on a contractual basis for a period of one year, with provisions for renewal for an additional period of one year or until attaining the maximum age subject to performance and other conditions. Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen. Selected candidates will carry out 10 days of On the Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the Officer-in-Charge polyclinic before signing the contract. This OJT duration will remain unpaid and serves as a mandatory requirement before assuming charge as a contractual employee.
