Important Instructions for Candidates

• Final selection is subject to meeting all requirements laid down in the relevant advertisement and verification of all documents furnished in the online application.
• Candidates are called for Document Verification purely based on the entries made in their online application. If information provided is later found incorrect, incomplete, false, or not conforming to eligibility criteria - at any stage, including after joining - the candidature or appointment will be cancelled without assigning any reason.
• DVC reserves the right to rectify any fact-based inadvertent error or typographical mistake in the shortlist.
• Mere appearing or being shortlisted for Document Verification does not confer any right to be selected for the post applied for.
• If a candidate fails to bring all required original documents, or if any document is found incorrect, incomplete, false, or not conforming to eligibility criteria, or if concealment/distortion of material information is detected, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the Interview.
• No expenses towards travelling (TA/DA) will be paid for attending Document Verification.
• Eligibility will be confirmed only after Document Verification is completed on the scheduled date.
• Candidates should make their own arrangements for stay if the Document Verification process continues to the next day.
• Any subsequent amendment, notice, or clarification will be published only on the official DVC website. Candidates are advised to keep checking www.dvc.gov.in regularly until the recruitment process is complete.
