CUS Programmer Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online

Cluster University of Srinagar (CUS) has announced 1 vacancy for the Programmer post under advertisement number 06 -CUS of 2026, with engagement on a contract basis. The notified pay for the post is Rs. 45,000/Per month. Applicants must hold an MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science/M.Sc. IT/B.Tech/B.E. • Essential Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in GOI projects/PSU/Industries or Pvt. Sector company of repute in ODL/ERP modules of a university, result processing, exam workflows and in Networking Cloud Services, OR Software Application development in .NET CORE and Deployment OR Database Management (Data Extraction, Transformation, Specialized Data Handling, Database backup and Recovery, Security/Authentication, Capacity Planning, Performance Monitoring and Tuning.
• Desirable Qualification: Preferably worked in open-source technology viz. C#, Java, MSSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Agile Model Development Life Cycle, For networking and Cloud Management, Strong working and deployment knowledge in LINUX/Windows Servers. Server Management, Strong working experience in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, .NET, web API, Entity Framework Core.

CUS Programmer Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- as per the specified timeline fixed by the university.

2. Fill out the online application form and pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- online.
3. Submit the online application form by 21-10-2026 (04:30 PM).
4. Take a printout of the submitted online application form.
5. Enclose self-attested copies of testimonials and certificates with the printed application form in an envelope.
6. Super-scribe the envelope clearly with "Application for the position of Programmer".
7. Send or submit the hard copy of the application form so that it reaches the office of The Registrar, Cluster University of Srinagar Gogji bagh campus-190008 by or before 25-10-2026 (04:30 PM).

Selection and Interview

The selection process comprises three distinct evaluation stages:

• Written Test: Carries 50 marks in MCQ Format.
• Logic/Skill Test: Carries 30 marks, consisting of 02 tasks of 15 marks each to be solved by the candidate.
• Interview: Carries 20 marks and is mandatory to appear.

The written test and Logic/Skill test (combined) shall form the basis for the shortlisting of candidates for the interview.

• All educational qualifications must be from a University/Institute recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Government Regulatory bodies and obtained on or before the last date of submitting the online application form.
• Candidates awarded Undergraduate / Post Graduate degree from Foreign University must enclose Equivalence Certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, without which candidature will not be considered.
• The engagement shall be purely on consolidated basis and shall not confer any right whatsoever on the prospective engagement to claim continuation or otherwise.
• Any type of corrigendum/addendum/amendments/notice/updation regarding the advertisement shall be uploaded on the university website www.cusrinagar.edu.in only.
• No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates for appearing in the test / interview.
• Applications received after 25-10-2026 (04:30 PM) shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
