The following categories of candidates are not eligible to apply under this scheme:
- Graduates/Postgraduates from IITs, IIMs, National Law Universities, IISER, NIDs, IIITs, and IISc.
- Candidates holding qualifications such as CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MBA or equivalent, MPhil, and PhD.
- Candidates already undergoing any skill, apprenticeship, internship, or training program under Central or State Government schemes.
