District and Sessions Court of Beed
has issued an official notification regarding the recruitment of
Peons
from the
2023 selection list
. Following directives from the
High Court of Bombay
, a total of
11 selected candidates
have been allocated new proposed placement locations across different judicial districts, specifically
Pune, Thane, and Nagpur
. To finalize this administrative process, all listed candidates are strictly required to submit their formal
Consent Letter (Sammati Patra)
stating their willingness to join the newly assigned districts. The completed consent form must be submitted to the Beed District Court office either
in person
or via the official email address (
[email protected]
) on or before the deadline of
July 30, 2026
. Candidates must note that once they give their consent and join the designated district, their names will be
permanently removed
from the original Beed district selection list, and they will
forfeit all future claims or rights
to the peon position in the Beed judicial establishment.
बीड जिल्हा व सत्र न्यायालयाने सन २०२३ मधील शिपाई (Peon) पदाच्या निवड यादीतील पात्र उमेदवारांसाठी एक महत्त्वपूर्ण अधिकृत सूचनापत्र जारी केले आहे. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या संदर्भाधीन पत्रानुसार, या निवड यादीतील एकूण ११ उमेदवारांची त्यांच्या नावासमोर दर्शविलेल्या इतर न्यायिक जिल्ह्यांमध्ये (जसे की पुणे, ठाणे आणि नागपूर) नवीन नियुक्ती (Posting) प्रस्तावित करण्यात आली आहे. या प्रक्रियेचा पुढील भाग म्हणून, सर्व संबंधित उमेदवारांना या नवीन जिल्हा नियुक्तीबाबत आपले संमतीपत्र (Consent Letter) देणे बंधनकारक आहे. उमेदवारांनी हे संमतीपत्र सोबत दिलेल्या विहित नमुन्यात पूर्ण भरून, बीड जिल्हा न्यायालय कार्यालयात प्रत्यक्ष हजर राहून किंवा त्यांच्या अधिकृत ई-मेल ( [email protected] ) वर दिनांक ३० जुलै २०२६ पर्यंत किंवा त्यापूर्वी सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे. जर उमेदवाराने विहित मुदतीत संमतीपत्र दिले नाही किंवा नवीन जिल्ह्यात रुजू झाला, तर त्याचे नाव बीड जिल्ह्याच्या मूळ शिपाई निवड यादीतून कायमचे काढून टाकले जाईल आणि भविष्यात त्याला बीड न्यायालयाच्या या पदावर कोणताही हक्क सांगता येणार नाही.
