The AACCC counselling process runs through the following stages:

1. Registration: Candidates register online at aaccc.gov.in using their NEET UG 2026 details, personal information, and contact details.
2. Fee payment: Candidates pay the non-refundable registration fee plus the refundable security deposit applicable to their category and counselling type.
3. Choice filling and locking: Candidates select and arrange preferred colleges/courses in order of priority, then lock their choices before the deadline.
4. Seat allotment: AACCC processes allotment based on NEET UG rank, category, choices filled, and seat availability. The result is published online.
5. Reporting and document verification: Allotted candidates report to the allotted college within the prescribed window with original documents for verification.
6. Admission confirmation: After successful verification, candidates pay the admission fee at the institute and complete joining formalities to confirm the seat.
