1. Superintending Engineer (Level 13)

• Service: employees of Central/State/UT Governments, universities, Central statutory or autonomous bodies, PSUs or R&D organisations holding an analogous post; or Executive Engineers with 5 years' regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 7,600; or Executive Engineers with 10 years' regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 6,600.
• Essential qualification: graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institute.

2. Chief Librarian (Level 13)

• The notice sets two conditions, (i) and (ii), both to be met. (i) Service: officers under Central/State/UT Governments, universities, statutory or autonomous bodies or R&D organisations "holding analogous posts on regular basis, or with at least 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7,600, or with at least 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 6,600" (as printed; the notice gives the same five years for both grade pays, whereas the Superintending Engineer row gives 5 and 10 years; applicants in Grade Pay 6,600 should confirm the requirement with AIIMS Patna before applying).
• (ii) Essential qualification: (a) Master's degree in Science, preferably in Biological Sciences, of a recognised university or equivalent; and (b) degree or equivalent diploma in Library Science of a recognised institution or university.
• Desirable: Master's degree in Library Science; training in medical librarianship.

3. Senior Analyst (System Analyst) (Level 12)

• Service: officers from Ministries or Departments of the Government of India, State Governments, Union Territories, statutory or autonomous bodies holding an analogous post on a regular basis, or a post with Grade Pay Rs. 6,600 and above with 5 years' regular service in that grade.
• Essential qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, plus 15 years' experience in IT systems, networking, hardware configuration or software programming in Ministries or Departments of the Government of India, State Governments, Union Territories, or statutory or autonomous bodies.

4. Hospital Architect (Level 11)

• Service and qualification: Architects, or officers in an equivalent grade, in CPWD holding a degree in Architecture with not less than 5 years' experience in the line.
• If suitable CPWD officers are not available, similar officers from other Central Government departments, Central autonomous or statutory bodies or PSUs may be considered.

5. Senior Procurement-cum-Stores Officer (Level 11)

• Service: officers under Central/State Governments, UT administrations or Central statutory or autonomous bodies holding an analogous post, or with at least 5 years' regular service in a post with Grade Pay Rs. 5,400.
• Experience: 5 years as a Stores Officer on a regular basis.

6. Chief Medical Social Service Officer (Level 11)

• Service: employees of Central/State/UT Governments, universities, statutory or autonomous bodies, PSUs or R&D organisations holding an analogous post on a regular basis, or with 5 years' regular service in a post with Grade Pay Rs. 5,400.
• Qualification and experience: M.A. in Social Work or MSW from a recognised institute or university, and not less than 5 years' experience in medical social welfare with sound knowledge of medical and other Government-run financial-aid schemes.

7. CSSD Officer (Level 11)

• Service: officers of Central/State Governments or autonomous or statutory organisations holding an analogous post on a regular basis; or CSSD Supervisors with five years' regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 5,400 or seven years in Grade Pay Rs. 4,600.
• No separate educational qualification is printed for this post.

8. Senior Dietician (Assistant Food Manager) (Level 10), 2 posts

• Service: officers under Central/State/UT Governments, universities, statutory or autonomous bodies or health-care organisations holding an analogous post on a regular basis, or with 3 years' regular service as Dietician in Grade Pay Rs. 4,600.
• Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Home Science (Food and Nutrition), Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science and Nutrition, Food and Nutrition Dietetics, or Food Service Management and Dietetics, from a recognised university or institution.

9. Chief Medical Record Officer (Level 10)

• Service: officers under Central/State/UT Governments, universities, statutory or autonomous bodies or R&D organisations holding an analogous post on a regular basis, or with 2 years' regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 4,800 or 3 years in Grade Pay Rs. 4,600 in the relevant field.
• Qualification and skills: (a) one-year degree in Medical Record Keeping from a recognised institute or university; and (b) ability to use office applications, spreadsheets and presentations, with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.

10. Supervising Medical Social Service Officer (Level 10)

• Service: officers of a hospital of minimum 200 beds under Central/State/UT Government, Central autonomous, statutory or local self-government bodies, or PSUs, holding an analogous post on a regular basis; or a post in Grade Pay Rs. 4,600 with three years' regular service; or a post in Grade Pay Rs. 4,200 with eight years' regular service.
• Experience: five years in the relevant field.

Age, Tenure and General Conditions

• Age: maximum 56 years as on the last date of posting of the application.
• Tenure: three years, extendable to a maximum of five years under DoPT guidelines; governed by DoPT O.M. No. 2/6/2018-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 18 May 2018, as amended.
• Eligibility is regulated by the relevant Recruitment Rules and DoPT instructions. Only post-qualification experience counts, and the Competent Authority's view on relevance of experience is final.
• Pay-scale comparison: applicants not on Central Government pay scales must enclose a comparative chart of their scale against the Central scale, certified by their Finance or Accounts department.

Fill in the Annexure-I proforma printed with the notice (23 columns: name, father's name, date of birth, e-mail, dates of entry into service and retirement, educational qualifications, essential and desirable qualifications and experience as advertised against those possessed, employment record in chronological order with the pay band and grade pay of each post held on a regular basis, nature of present employment, details of any current or past deputation, whether you are in the feeder grade of the same department, pay-scale details, total monthly emoluments, additional information and achievements, SC/ST/OBC status, contact numbers, minimum joining time), with a passport-size photograph and a signed declaration.
2. Enclose, on your side:
   1. your latest salary slip (column 17 of the form; checklist item 7). Applicants not on Central Government pay scales attach the salary slip showing basic pay, scale, rate of increment, dearness pay or interim relief and allowances with break-up (column 18);
   2. a short note of one page, about 100 words, on the areas of your experience that would benefit AIIMS Patna (column 23 of the form; checklist item 6).

   5. the pay-scale comparative chart certified by the Finance or Accounts department, where the parent organisation does not follow Central pay scales.
   Officers who are already on deputation must have their applications forwarded by the parent cadre or department, with cadre clearance, vigilance clearance and integrity certificate (Note 1 under column 11).
4. Superscribe the envelope "Application for the Post of ______ on Deputation Basis"; the notice's checklist asks for the advertisement number and post on the envelope.
