Who Can Apply

Eligible candidates must belong to Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations. Candidates working in private organizations or institutes are not eligible to apply.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• A graduate of a recognized University.
• Seven years' experience of administration in a supervisory capacity or as a teacher in a University/teaching institution including conduct of examination and admission and assignment of teaching program for undergraduate and postgraduate etc.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for candidates should be 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application, i.e., 31 October 2026.

Pay and Terms

The selected officer will draw pay and allowances governed by rules applicable to Central Government Employees under Level 12 of the 7th CPC pay matrix, subject to DoPT OM no. 1/4/2017-Estt. (Pay-I) dated 28 February 2019 regarding regulation of pay under FR 35. The initial period of deputation is ordinarily two years, extendable up to one year at a time in accordance with DoPT guidelines. For officers from organizations with dissimilar pay and DA patterns, reverse foreign service terms apply without the option to draw parent cadre basic pay plus deputation allowance.
