Qualification

Preferred Qualification
CAIIB and a Law degree from a government-recognised university

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
Preliminary screening of applications
Shortlisting based on qualification, experience and job requirements
Personal interview
Final selection based on previous experience and interview performance

Department-Wise Responsibilities
Business Development
Lead marketing teams and support deposit mobilisation.
Establish relationships with high-net-worth customers.
Develop strategic tie-ups with real-estate agencies, builders and industrial estates.
Monitor branch and marketing-team performance.
Design marketing activities for business growth.
Sanction credit proposals within delegated powers.
Recovery Department
Monitor NPA and ARC accounts and follow up for upgradation.
Initiate recovery proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
Handle cases before DRT, District Courts, NCLT and other courts.
Review advocates handling cases for or against the bank.
Update NPA management and recovery policies.
Guide the Board or Administrator's Committee on legal matters.
Legal Department
Verify title deeds and property-related documents.
Draft and examine agreements, deeds, indemnity bonds and powers of attorney.
Provide expert opinions on internal legal matters.
Attend cases before DRT, District Courts, NCLT and other authorities.
Review cases assigned to advocates.
Vigilance Department
Assist and advise the Managing Director or CEO on vigilance matters.
Coordinate with the police and other law-enforcement authorities.
Implement preventive measures against misconduct and malpractice.
Review investigation reports, disciplinary cases and complaints.
Ensure compliance with RBI and statutory vigilance guidelines.
Inspection Department
Prepare inspection reports.
Coordinate with regulatory and statutory auditors.
Conduct concurrent, internal and snap audits.
Undertake risk-based internal audits.
Submit regulatory compliance reports.
HRM Department
Handle training and development and payroll activities.
Manage disciplinary actions and labour-law matters.
Draft correspondence and HR policies.
Coordinate with advocates in employment-related matters.
Implement HR policies and statutory provisions.
Premises & Estate Department
Handle the purchase, sale, lease and licensing of bank properties.
Coordinate with RBI and other regulators on branch and property matters.
Manage vendors, service providers and maintenance contracts.
Verify agreements with vendors and property owners.
Obtain building completion and occupancy certificates.
Credit Officer
Appraise new and existing credit proposals.
Analyse financial statements and credit risks.
Complete the renewal and review of existing proposals.
Ensure compliance with RBI due-diligence guidelines.
Monitor credit facilities and submit periodical reports.
